The WELTOP 8-Station Automated Bimetal Brake Drum Production Line is designed for high-volume production of composite brake drums for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and industrial applications.
Using centrifugal casting technology, a wear-resistant alloy layer is metallurgically bonded to the inner surface of a steel drum shell, significantly improving wear resistance, strength and service life compared with conventional cast iron brake drums.
Eight centrifugal casting machines are evenly distributed around a rotary indexing platform. The system automatically completes loading, clamping, heating, pouring, cooling and unloading in a continuous production cycle.
The fully automated design improves productivity, reduces labor requirements and ensures consistent product quality.
