Two Cantilever Centrifugal Casting Machines Completed for Russia

WELTOP Machinery has completed the manufacturing and factory testing of two cantilever centrifugal casting machines for a customer project in Russia.

The equipment is designed for the production of copper alloy castings and has been configured according to the customer’s actual casting and production requirements.

Customized Control System

For convenient operation at the customer’s site, the machines are equipped with a Russian-language HMI. Operators can use the control system to set and monitor key operating parameters required during the centrifugal casting process.

Manufacturing and Factory Testing

Following mechanical assembly, the two machines underwent electrical configuration and factory testing at WELTOP.

The photos show the completed equipment, the cantilever machine structure and the Russian-language operator interface during factory testing.

Engineering for Different Casting Requirements

Centrifugal casting equipment needs to be selected and configured according to the actual casting requirements. Casting dimensions, material, mould design, rotational speed and production requirements are among the key factors considered during machine engineering.
