Product Overview

The J45 Series uses controlled gas pressure to deliver molten aluminum from a sealed holding furnace into a metal mold.

Its integrated hydraulic, cooling and pressure control systems support mold operation, controlled filling and solidification.

Machine and mold configurations are engineered according to casting geometry and process requirements.
