J514 type cantilever centrifugal casting machine is horizontal structure. The equipment is composed of main machine, hydraulic system, electrical control system, water cooling system, safety shield and other parts. It can be widely used for the production of small and medium diameter sleeve, barrel and flange castings.
Performance characteristics:
●The main machine consists of bed, turntable, speed regulating motor, bearing housing, spindle, transmission mechanism, ejector mechanism, hydraulic brake and other parts;
● The main machine is the core part of the cantilever centrifugal casting machine. The motor drives the transmission mechanism to complete the rotating action of the turntable to realize the centrifugal pouring of castings. The rotational speed can be adjusted steplessly to meet the production process requirements of different diameter castings;
● Configured with hydraulic ejector mechanism, the ejector mechanism is composed of hydraulic station and ejector rod and ejector cylinder, etc. The ejector cylinder pushes the ejector rod to eject the casting after the casting is solidified;
●The cooling system includes several parts such as spindle bearing cooling, mold and casting cooling, etc. The bearing water cooling can effectively extend the bearing life. Casting cooling can reduce casting solidification time and improve production efficiency;
●The rotation of the mold turntable is powered by AC frequency-controlled motor. Adopting frequency conversion speed control, with smooth speed regulation and wide range of speed regulation, it can adapt to the production requirements of different diameter castings;
●Adopting PLC automatic control to realize the automatic control of the whole process of centrifugal casting;
● Equipped with safety shield to ensure safe production.
