The WELTOP J8 Automated Centrifugal Casting Line is designed for continuous production of cylinder liners and other tubular castings.
Multiple casting stations are arranged on a rotary indexing platform, while dedicated auxiliary units automatically perform mold cleaning, coating, pouring, cooling and casting extraction.
The entire process is controlled by PLC and HMI systems to ensure stable production, repeatable process parameters and consistent casting quality.
