J33 series tilting metal-type gravity casting machine adopts the tilting mechanism with adjustable tilting speed, which makes the pouring process finish in variable speed, which is extremely conducive to the filling and exhausting of the metal liquid in the mold, and it can greatly improve the quality of the castings and reduce the casting scrap rate. The tilting gravity casting machine is mainly used to produce small and medium-sized aluminum alloy castings with complicated structure, such as intake manifold of automobile engine and power steering gear.

The machine is mainly composed of bed, closing mechanism, following out mechanism, tilting mechanism, base and other parts;
The closing mechanism adopts "U" shape structure, which has the advantages of small volume and good rigidity;
The unique casting following out mechanism makes the casting be forced to stay in the moving mold, which can effectively prevent the deformation of the casting;
●The machine can be equipped with multiple cooling channels for air and water cooling of the molds to achieve automatic cooling control by time control. The flow rate of each cooling channel can be adjusted manually. The setting of cooling parameters and the selection of working cooling channels can be done in the man-machine interface.
The electrical control system adopts imported PLC as the core of electrical control to realise manual and automatic control of the machine; and adopts imported touch-type human-machine interface as the monitoring and displaying unit, which can intuitively and clearly display the working status of the machine, the fault alarm information in the process of operation, and conveniently carry out the setting and modification of various parameters;
The angle sensor continuously detects the tilting angle, which makes the control more accurate and the tilting operation more stable.
