J3412 tilting typed gravity casting machine adopts servo motor driving. The frame rotates smoothing with transmission mechanism in the range of 120 degree and the speed is variable. So the machine can complete the pouring with speed changing. It’s hydraulic drive with loose core, mold assembling closing and opening mechanism. So the action is running smoothing and reliable. The machine is suit for batch production of complicated Al-alloy castings.
Machine features
1 Mold assembling closing and opening mechanism is composed of movable plate, motionless
Plate and guide bar. The mold assembling closing mechanism is driven by servo motor. It rotates with the range of -30°~90;The machine equipped with safety mechanism which ensure the running safely.
2 Equipped right and left loose core mechanism which fixed in both side of cantilever support.
3 Up and down ejector mechanism is used for pushing-out castings
4 The mold is equipped locking mechanism, which used in the locking up and down mold.
5 Safely locking mechanism: when the moving plate lifts on the topside it’s clocked. So it ensures the operator’s safe.
6 It’s equipped water- and air-cooling system. The cooling automation is controlled by time mode. The water-cooling of mold is equipped water pump station, the water level is controlled automation. The water cooling is controlled by two modes the manual and automation.
7 ECS is composed of PLC and HMI. It controls the machine’s action and speed of tilting. The system has fault diagnosis,alarm, Interlock machine halt, man-machine interaction , adjust process parameters and The tilting ‘speed and angle can also be set.
